TRS Build is a residential design-build remodeling company serving homeowners across Central Texas. We specialize in remodels, custom homes, additions, garages, and accessory dwelling units, helping clients move from early ideas to completed spaces with a clear process and steady support.
Our approach is built around more than construction alone. We guide homeowners through planning, budgeting, permitting, and building so each project feels more organized, more intentional, and better aligned from start to finish.
We also work directly with architects and design professionals to facilitate transformations for their clients.

Since 2015, we have worked in Austin and surrounding communities including Northwest Hills, Georgetown, Cedar Park, Leander, Round Rock, Salado, Lago Vista, Liberty Hill, Jonestown, West Lake Hills, Dripping Springs, Pflugerville, and more.

Annemarie Diaz, UDCP
Development & Engagement
Annemarie oversees project development and provides direction for internal process development aimed at continuous improvement in product and service delivery. Annemarie is a licensed REALTOR(R) and Universal Design Certified Professional (UDCP), and has a heart for improving the lives of homeowners and their families by improving their homes.
Shaniko Diaz
Operations & Finance
With an MBA and over three decades of experience in operations, finance, and business management, Shaniko provides direction to TRS Project Managers and Finance Team and can often be seen on site checking on work and providing guidance and support to field staff. Shaniko’s passion and enthusiasm for design and construction are a centerpiece of the culture at TRS Build.
Mary Tovar
Client Services Director
Some clients never meet Mary in person, but she is usually the first one they speak with when inquiring about working with us, and their main point of contact throughout construction. Mary provides regular client communications and fields a variety of client questions throughout the project. Mary also manages warranty items and will be the friendly voice clients speak with should they have any questions that come up during the warranty period. We are proud to have Mary as our first point of contact with our clients. Her professionalism and dedication to client experience are evident in all of her client communications.
Jenny Machado
Senior Project Designer
Our clients know Jenny most through their design experience. She helps clients envision their new construction and home improvements by providing floor plans, renderings, and advice on how to best align the physical transformation with their project goals. As a Senior Project Designer, Jenny also works with the team to ensure that construction is done per design, and oversees procurement of finish items. Jenny can frequently be caught sneaking a snuggle with our client's pets, and her positive attitude and solution-oriented thinking make her an effective and beloved part of the TRS team.
Rosemary Leon
Finance Specialist
With a keen eye for detail and a passion for numbers, Rosmary ensures the financial health and accuracy of our operations. She is responsible for managing budgets, financial reporting, and strategic planning, as well as communicating project financials to clients to ensure transparency and trust. Rosmary brings more than 10 years of experience and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of her role.
