For this whole home recreation, the kitchen was his priority, and the primary bath was hers, with both looking for a complete update to a fresh, clean and more open and contemporary look throughout the home.

The project included design, permit, and construction services for a home addition and whole home remodel. TRS enclosed an existing patio to add to the living and dining areas and allow for a much larger kitchen area. The kitchen included all new cabinetry and countertops, a large island fitted with two dishwashers and large sink, and picture window to look onto the backyard, all in clean whites. New light colored wood-look flooring, painting, lighting, and removing arches throughout the home to further open the space. For the primary bath - a new floor plan with freestanding tub, expanded shower with frameless glass, opened wall to primary closet and a beautiful European style floating vanity with matching linen cabinet. Altogether creating more space, a more open feel, and a gorgeous, new home perfect for entertaining or just enjoying and relaxing with family.
