This newly married couple came to our remodeling contractors for a whole home renovation. Looking for a dramatic change in form and function, two key goals were to expand the kitchen and to enlarge the master suite, without altering the home footprint. TRS was able to achieve these goals by moving an AC unit from a closet at the kitchen entry to the attic, and better take advantage of the existing space by removing a hallway from the kitchen area into the master suite. The result? A gorgeous new master suite with a wet room style bathroom, a guest bathroom in a similar theme to the master, a dramatically enlarged kitchen with a peninsula that is open to the living area. Greatly enhanced functionality on the same footprint! Fantastic tile selections in all areas really bring the personality of the owners into the home, including a new wet bar area, great for entertaining!
